S.A. Goodsell Development has been in the residential land development business since 1990. Projects have ranged in size from 8 lots to subdivisions with over 400 lots in seven metro Atlanta counties. Current developments are in Henry and Rockdale Counties. Steve Goodsell is owner and president of the company. He is responsible for the development of over 2000 lots in 26 subdivisions during his twenty five years in the business.
It is the philosophy of S.A. Goodsell Development Company to create neighborhoods that increase in value over time. This is accomplished by developing in a manner that is compatible with natural surroundings and by carefully selecting builders with a reputation for quality. Protective covenants are designed to preserve property values by maintaining standards as the neighborhoods mature.
