- Development Completion: We can finish a partially completed development or bring it to a stage that is best suited for holding or marketing.
- Property Tax Mitigation: We have years experience with dozens of appeals of property tax valuations. In the current environment, if you fail to protest your assessment level, you are throwing money away.
- Soil Erosion Control: We have state certified personnel on staff that can assess needs and manage the subcontractors needed to keep you in compliance with the law. Fines for failure to comply with the NPDES regulations can be steep. State law requires financial institutions to file as the primary NPDES permit holder within 30 days of a foreclosure.
- Home Owners Association Issues: We can fix damaged and neglected association properties and establish management that will protect values and make the asset more marketable.
